Why Play Around?

Lute FP Killer thrash from the 80s, remastered and re-released to remind the kids how it was done before there was a roadmap.

I never heard of them until now, but these guys hold up well against the best of the popular bands of the era- Death Angel, Violence, Forbidden, early Metallica and early Slayer.

Edit: After a coupla months to digest this, I have to say these guys are one of the best thrash bands ever, period. The fact that they were doing this in 1986 is testament to their fucking genius.

Jason J I was lucky enough to see Wargasm live a number of times back in the late 80s with Formicide, another killer thrash band from Massachusetts.

MetalIncorporated I mean, what do you say about this already established (You should know these guys if your a true thrasher) insanely badass band? Everything from the production to of course, the writing on this is superb! Original copies (if you can find one) are really expensive. Thanks so much to Wargasm for rereleasing this absolute Thrasterpiece! I'll be shaking the walls at my old folks home with this album.....which is closer in life than I want to invision. Bloody midlife metalhead problems ;)
